Called to see if they could sharpen our CNC carbide endmills as well as our carbide insert drill bits, they were more than happy to take on the work and the turnaround time was fantastic. Even though they hadn't sharpened insert drill bits, they were quick to communicate with me and come up with a solution to get it done. Tools were shipped back to me with a protective sleeve over each endmill to make sure the edge wasn't lost in shipping. Very happy with the end result. Shout out to Derek, Jay, and Sarah!
